Deposit Policy: We request a deposit equal to your first nights stay to secure
a guest room reservation. The individual Cottages require full pre-payment at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Guest room cancellations received more than 7 days in advance will be fully refunded less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days in advance and no shows are non-refundable. Sorry, there is no refund for late arrivals or early departures. The individual Cottages require a 30-day written cancellation for a full refund less a $200 administration fee. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of 50% of your pre-payment.
The Cottages: Until May 1st, The Cottages are available for Saturday to Saturday weekly reservations only (Guest rooms are available for daily stays). After May 1st, dates not previously filled may be available for shorter periods.
