adventure in our Bay, fishing alongside the shore of our stocked
pond, a friendly match of tennis, shooting some hoops or just
pitching some horseshoes, Ocean Gate offers a full menu of family
activities that are sure to please every member of your clan.

that long talked about family reunion? With 45 acres of
fun and privacy, Ocean Gate is a great venue for getting together

To meet your needs, the Ocean Gate Resort offers a wide variety
of family oriented accommodations ranging from connecting guestrooms,
one and two bedroom suites as well as our spacious, individual
cottages. To make your stay even more special, why not let us
arrange for a private and authentic Maine Lobster Bake right
at the waters’ edge or perhaps a family group whale watching
adventure, lighthouse tour or sailing lesson.

| The Cottages |

One Bedroom Cottages - above
Have you ever dreamed about your own cottage on your own Maine
Island? At Ocean Gate, dreams become reality. Our two cottages
are perched on private points of land and both offer spectacular
water views.
Our one bedroom cottage accommodates up to four guests and the
Cottage accommodates up to eight guests. Both are equipped with
everything from a teaspoon to a lobster pot and include full
use of the property, daily maid service and our sumptuous breakfast.
Aside from the ideal locations just feet from the ocean, our
one bedroom cottage features a separate bedroom with king size
bed, a living room with sofa sleeper, a full kitchen and a breathtaking
view from your private balcony overlooking the ocean.

Two Bedroom Cottage - above
The large two bedroom cottage features a beautiful ocean view
and a private location. The spacious living room, dining area,
full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a screened in porch overlooking
the water makes this an ideal venue for a family get together.
There are two double beds in one bedroom, one double bed in the
second bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. This cottage
accommodates up to eight people.

| The Suites |
There are several family friendly suites at the Ocean Gate Resort, each with their own special character and design. A brief description of each follows:

| Overlook Building Suite 232 - above |
This is an Ocean Gate favorite with its spectacular elevated water view. Located on the 2nd floor, 232 is a two room suite with two double beds in the entry room and another double bed in a small adjoining bedroom. Sleeps up to 6 persons. |

| Overlook Building Room 231- above |
This guest room shares the deck with Suite 232 and has two double beds. There is no inside common area or kitchen facility in either room. Combined, 231-232 sleep up to 8 persons comfortably. |

| Overlook Suite 201-204- above |
| This combination features an efficiency apartment with full kitchen, breakfast bar and fireplace and connects to a guestroom with two double beds. Two full baths and private water view deck. Sleeps up to 6 persons comfortably. |

Overlook Suite 202- above |
| Is a small one bedroom suite with kitchenette, dining area, separate living room with sofa sleeper and private bedroom with king bed.; private water view deck. One bath. Sleeps two adults and up to two children comfortably. |

| Suite 215 features a sunken living room with sleeper sofa and fireplace. The bedroom has two double beds and a common deck with rear grounds view. |
