Pets: Are permitted in the Island View and Overlook Buildings as well as the 2 bedroom Cottage only. There is a one time pet fee of $25.
Smoking: Ocean Gate Resort is smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in guestrooms, balconies or decks. A $200 room recovery fee is charged for policy violations.
Deposit Policy: We request a deposit equal to your first nights stay to secure
a guest room reservation. The individual Cottages require a 50% pre-payment at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Guest room cancellations received more than 7 days in advance will be fully refunded less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days in advance and no shows are non-refundable. Sorry, there is no refund for late arrivals or early departures. The individual Cottages require a 30-day written cancellation for a full refund less a $200 administration fee. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of 50% of your pre-payment.
The Cottages: Our two individual Cottages may require a Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum stay, depending on season. After May 1st, our cottages may be available for shorter periods. Guest rooms are available for daily reservations subject to minimum stay requirements. |
