Pets: Are permitted in the Pine View, Island View and Overlook Building (downstairs) as well as the 2 bedroom Cottage only.  There is a one time pet fee of $25.

Smoking:  Ocean Gate Resort is smoke free.   Smoking is not permitted in guestrooms, balconies or decks. A $200 room recovery fee is charged for policy violations.

Deposit Policy: We request a deposit equal to your first nights stay to secure
a guest room or Cottage reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Guest room cancellations received more than 7 days in advance will be fully refunded less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days in advance and no shows are non-refundable. Sorry, there is no refund for late arrivals or early departures. The individual Cottages forfeit their entire one night deposit for all cancellations after booking.

The Cottages: Guest rooms are available for daily reservations subject to minimum stay requirements. Our two individual Cottages require a 3 night minimum stay, sometimes longer, depending on season.
